CMV registry for families[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]The Congenital CMV Association of Australia has a  Facebook group called CMV Australia – Family Support where you have an opportunity to talk with other people in a similar situation all over Australia and New Zealand. You will find it is a friendly and supportive environment where everyone is welcomed. Often people find joining a support group like this helps them feel reassured and less alone.

Our support group is also a closed forum for members only, respecting the privacy of parents with children born with congenital cytomegalovirus, mothers pregnant with CMV and adults who were born with cCMV. Group admin will always endeavour to only add extended family to the group on the request of the immediate effected family.

Joining up is easy:

  1. Join here to become a member.
  2. You will then need to sign up to Facebook if you don’t already have an account.
  3. Locate our support group at CMV Australia – Family support and request to join.
  4. Although we aim to respond to everyone in a timely manner, sometimes it can take a little longer so please be patient with us.
